Johnson City, We need to talk.

It hasn’t always been like this.

City Hall used to be accountable.

Somewhere along the path of growth, we lost touch with our core. Our plans sound great in abstract – concepts such as “Excellence in Government”, “Quality of Place”, and “Responsible Growth” are universally agreeable. In practice, we oftentimes fall short: irresponsible development, historically low trust in local leadership, and an affordability crisis that continues to expand.

Let’s get back to the basics.

Day Life. Night Life. Everything in-between.

Johnson City owes a large part of its success to downtown small businesses who believed in us when few did. These businesses have earned their seat at the table – we succeed when they succeed.

Vibrant downtown communities bring diverse crowds at every hour – and yes, that includes late night.

I see a path forward for responsible night life – not draconian shutdowns that harm businesses.

I believe City Hall can change.

In 2026, I will be on the ballot for Johnson City Commission.

I’d like to earn your support.
